Violet Coated Vicryl 0 CT-3 27" suture is a synthetic, absorbable, braided suture composed of a copolymer made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide. It is coated with polyglactin 370 and calcium stearate, enhancing its handling characteristics and knot security. The violet coloration provides excellent visibility during surgical procedures. This suture is equipped with a CT-3 needle, a curved taper point needle suited for soft tissue approximation.
