Cardinal Health™ Flexal™ Nitrile Biodegradable Gloves are nonsterile examination gloves designed to provide dependable hand protection while supporting environmental sustainability. Manufactured from high-quality nitrile, these powder-free gloves are not made with natural rubber latex, making them suitable for individuals with latex sensitivities. The biodegradable formulation achieves approximately 38.8% biodegradation within 320 days and 75% biodegradation within 775 days under appropriate conditions, while maintaining the same storage requirements and a three-year shelf life as conventional nitrile gloves.

The gloves feature a typical fingertip thickness of 0.09 mm (3.7 mil), providing an effective balance of tactile sensitivity, durability, and puncture resistance. Textured fingertips enhance grip and control when handling medical instruments, laboratory equipment, and small components. The ambidextrous design with a standard-length beaded cuff allows quick donning and removal while helping reduce cuff roll-down during routine procedures.

Designed for clinical safety, these examination gloves have been tested for use with fentanyl and 23 chemotherapy drugs, providing reliable barrier protection in demanding healthcare environments.
